Case Positions
Equitax has had the opportunity to work on most types of
real estate over the years and has developed cases accordingly. With the
help of well-qualified MAI appraisers and the lawyers at Popp Gray &
Hutcheson, LLP, and through the experience of litigation, mediation, and
trial, we have come to rely on these positions for relief to our clients.

We have had experience with other large and specialized
properties but have not delineated those cases herein as most are more
unique and require individual treatment.
